What you'll be doing:

🔹 Leading Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.

🔹 Analysing end-to-end processes using Value Stream Mapping (VSM), DMAIC and Kaizen methodologies.

🔹 Using data to identify opportunities, improve performance and support strategic decision-making.

🔹 Developing KPIs, dashboards and business cases to drive measurable results.

🔹 Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to embed sustainable process improvements and operational best practices.

In addition:

• Define and refine KPIs and performance measurement frameworks; analyze operational and financial data to evaluate trends, improvement results, capacity, and productivity.

• Prepare dashboards, analyses, business cases, and ROI estimates that support leadership decision-making and prioritization.

• Perform workflow, time-based, and process analyses to inform optimization recommendations and support planning activities.

What we're looking for:

✔ 2+ years' experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement or a similar role within manufacturing

✔ Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt is highly desirable).

✔ Experience with process mapping, data analysis and performance reporting.

✔ Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

✔ Proficiency with Excel and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Nice to have:

Industrial Engineering Degree
