Lean Manager/Supervisor ($3000)

IntelliPro’s client is a US-based MNC expanding its manufacturing operations in Vietnam and is looking for a 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙧 to join their team in Northern Vietnam. This role will be a key driver of continuous improvement across the entire plant, leading 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙣/𝙆𝙖𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙣 𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨, eliminating waste, improving processes, and building a continuous improvement culture.

Job Descriptions

• Drive the Lean / Continuous Improvement roadmap in line with business goals.
• Promote a Lean culture and lead organizational change.
• Set and monitor SQDCM KPIs and report improvement results to management.
• Lead Kaizen events and improvement projects across production, logistics, engineering, and other functions.
• Apply PDCA / DMAIC and Lean tools such as VSM, 5S, Standard Work, SMED, and Kanban.
• Identify waste and improve quality, productivity, cost, and delivery.
• Apply A3, 5 Why, and Root Cause Analysis to solve operational issues.
• Conduct regular Gemba walks to identify improvement opportunities.
• Standardize and document improved processes.
• Monitor and audit results to ensure improvements are sustained.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence within a manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of Lean and Kaizen methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively in real-world operations.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or TPS certification is an advantage.
• Good English and Vietnamese
