Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve critical operational, business, and customer-impacting challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement programs using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to implement sustainable business solutions.
• Support organizational change management efforts and foster a culture of operational excellence.
• Leverage innovative approaches and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt , leading complex and large-scale improvement initiatives.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• Successful completion and/or certification of 3–5 Six Sigma projects with measurable results.
• Demonstrated experience resolving critical business, operational, or customer service issues.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proven background in driving organizational change and transformation programs.

Preferred

• Project Management training and/or certification.
• Experience with Design Thinking methodologies.
• Exposure to healthcare operations, healthcare services, or supporting healthcare-related business environments.
