Job Responsibilities Náplň práce

• Měření a vyhodnocování výrobních časů
• Balancing procesu v závislosti na výrobních časech a objemech výroby
• Návrhy na úpravy pracovišť vedoucí ke zlepšení ergonomie, bezpečnosti či úspoře personálu
• Přímá spolupráce s procesním inženýrem při realizaci změn
• Návrhy a realizace automatizace pracovišť (interní i externí implementace)
• Implementace a správa 5S, kaizen a neustálé zlepšování
• Seznamování ostatních kolegů s Lean praktikou
• Úprava layoutu

Požadujeme

• SŠ/VŠ technického směru, praxe v oboru výhodou
• komunikativní znalost AJ
• znalost MS Office
• zkušenosti v automotive, iniciativa, vyjednávací schopnosti, samostatnost, zodpovědnost, flexibilita, stresová odolnost
• znalost štíhlé výroby a procesů v automotive
• znalost Kaizen, 5S, Lean, počítání OEE apod.
• znalost SW systému pro 3D modelaci a animaci pracovišť
• řidičský průkaz sk. B
