Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Drive learner acquisition and registrations for Simoodle.
• Develop and execute online and offline learner outreach.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective learners and partners.
• Identify and build relationships with universities, organisations, communities, and professional networks.
• Develop and manage partnership opportunities.
• Engage prospective learners and communicate the value of Simoodle’s learning pathways.
• Support marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Track outreach, leads, registrations, partnerships, and conversions.
• Identify opportunities to improve learner acquisition and platform growth.
• Represent Simoodle professionally when engaging with external organisations and communities.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest or experience in marketing, sales, business development, partnerships, community engagement, or related areas.
• Ability to communicate confidently with different audiences.
• Strong initiative and willingness to conduct outreach.
• Ability to work toward targets and measurable outcomes.
• Good organisation and ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Interest in education, career development, entrepreneurship, or technology is an advantage.
