Learning Academy Supervisor

• Coordinate and execute Leadership Academy programs based on the annual learning calendar and curriculum.
• Manage end-to-end training operations, including participant registration, facilitator coordination, venue preparation, learning materials, and digital learning platforms.
• Ensure all training sessions run effectively and in accordance with established learning standards.
• Monitor training effectiveness through pre-test, post-test, participant feedback, and evaluation reports.
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights to improve program quality and participant experience.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partner, Talent Development, Assessment, Learning Support, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.
• Identify operational issues during training implementation and recommend continuous improvements.
• Support the development and enhancement of leadership learning journeys through data-driven recommendations.
• ?Coordinate and support corporate innovation programs & campaigns, as well as related capability-building activities.
• Manage innovation program administration, submission monitoring, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and reporting.
• Support the review, follow-up, and monitoring of innovation ideas and projects to ensure program continuity and measurable impact.
• Support innovation culture activation through internal communication, engagement activities, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Corporate University, Talent Development, Innovation Management, Project Management, or related areas.
• Experience in the retail industry will be an advantage.
• Experience in coordinating innovation or cross-functional programs will be an advantage.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Familiar with Learning Management Systems, digital learning platforms, or other collaboration platforms.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• ?Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is preferred.
