The Opportunity:

This role has been intentionally designed to balance both learning leadership and operational excellence.

Approximately:

50% Learning, Culture & Capability Development

50% Operational Presence, Coaching & Brand Standards Excellence

You will be a visible ambassador of The Ritz-Carlton culture, spending as much time within the operation as you do in the classroom. Through coaching, observation, and meaningful engagement, you will help transform standards into behaviours and behaviours into exceptional guest experiences.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Bringing The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards to life through immersive learning experiences.
• Delivering orientation, brand training, and leadership development programs.
• Coaching Ladies and Gentlemen and leaders in real-time operational environments.
• Building a culture of excellence, empowerment, and genuine care.
• Reinforcing luxury service standards through daily engagement and observation.
• Supporting the hotel's readiness for LQA assessments and brand audits.
• Partnering with department leaders to elevate performance and guest satisfaction.
• Identifying service opportunities and translating them into meaningful development initiatives.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience within The Ritz-Carlton brand.
• A deep understanding of The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and service philosophy.
• Experience in luxury hospitality operations.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting LQA or luxury quality assurance frameworks.
• Natural credibility and the ability to inspire others through influence rather than authority.
