Learning & Developement Lead

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Lead with strong expertise in Instructional Design, Content Development, and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) to lead learning initiatives and drive employee development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning and development programs.
• Develop engaging training content, e-learning modules, storyboards, training manuals, and assessments.
• Apply Instructional Design methodologies to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify employee learning gaps.
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to enhance trainer effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to develop learning solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the L&D team to ensure quality and timely delivery of training programs.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, and Content Development.
• Strong expertise in Instructional Design and Content Development.
• Hands-on experience in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.
• Experience developing e-learning modules, storyboards, training materials, and assessments.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional methodologies, and training effectiveness measurement.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team management skills.
• Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad and open to any shift.
