As part of the Journey Beyond Group, Voyages sits within a collection of iconic tourism experiences and destinations across Australia, creating exciting opportunities as the business continues to grow and evolve. This is a rare opportunity to build your career while living and working in one of Australia's most unique and rewarding locations.

Working closely with leaders, the Learning & Development team and the broader People & Culture team, you'll coordinate, facilitate and support learning initiatives that help our employees succeed. From delivering orientation programs and managing training schedules to maintaining our Learning Management System and supporting learning content, you'll help create engaging development opportunities across a diverse and fast-paced operation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in front of a group, facilitating learning and helping others build new skills and confidence. • Partner with leaders to identify training needs and build workforce capability
  • Manage training schedules, communications and learning administration
  • Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of learning content, resources and programs
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee capability and engagement

About You

  • Confident facilitating training and presenting to groups of varying sizes
  • Experience training, coaching or developing people in a hospitality, tourism or service environment
  • Experience in learning and development, training or a similar people-focused role
  • A proactive, approachable and adaptable mindset, with a passion for helping others succeed
  • Comfortable using technology and learning systems, with LMS experience highly regarded
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

The Best Part
This is more than a Learning and Development role. It's an opportunity to develop your career within one of Australia's most unique and diverse tourism operations.

The breadth of exposure available at Ayers Rock Resort is difficult to replicate elsewhere. Supporting a workforce of thousands, you'll partner with employees and leaders across a highly diverse operation, gaining experience across multiple business functions and learning environments rarely found within a single organisation.

As part of the Journey Beyond Group, you'll join a business committed to developing its people and creating exceptional experiences for both employees and guests. You'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact while living and working in one of Australia's most iconic destinations, in the heart of the Red Centre.
