Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Learning & Development Associate to join our Learning and Development team. The role involves supporting the end-to-end training lifecycle, from developing engaging learning materials and coordinating training activities to evaluating technical assignments and tracking candidate performance.

Candidates with an engineering background and prior teaching experience would be a good fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Course Preparation:
  • Assist in creating technical presentations, LMS assessments, and database-related simulation exercises.
  • Update and maintain existing training materials to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Create engaging instructional videos and other digital learning resources.
• Training Evaluation & Tracking:
  • Review and evaluate candidate assignments during their probationary period and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
  • Evaluate candidate ticket resolutions for technical accuracy, adherence to established processes, and clarity of customer communication.
  • Track candidate progress and identify areas requiring additional training or improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: A degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in teaching, technical training, training coordination, or a related field.
• Teaching Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, mentor candidates, and provide constructive feedback.
• Content Skills: Familiarity with video creation and editing tools, presentation development, and LMS platforms.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to track evaluations, maintain records, and manage schedules effectively.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of database internals and cloud fundamentals.
• Preferred Profile: Candidates with an engineering background and teaching experience who can combine technical knowledge with effective training and mentoring skills.

• Work Days: Monday to Friday
• General Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Work Mode : Work from Home
