About the role

This is a Learning & Development role responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and supporting employee development across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Develop training plans based on competency requirements and business targets
• Design and develop training programs, both in-house and external
• Manage training delivery including preparation, trainer coordination, participant management, and evaluation
• Create and develop training materials, modules, and learning content
• Evaluate training effectiveness and measure impact on employee performance
• Manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees
• Develop career development, talent development, and competency development programs
• Monitor employee competency and development progress following training
• Manage training data and administration including attendance, records, and reporting

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resource Management, Education, or related field
• Experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR Development, or People Development
• Understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and training plan development
• Knowledge of training processes, onboarding, competency development, and training effectiveness evaluation
• Ability to develop modules, materials, and learning programs
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
• Ability to conduct competency needs analysis and process training data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
• Project management capability and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
