About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Consultant to lead learning strategy, leadership development, workforce capability building, and HR advisory engagements for corporate and multinational clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop learning strategies and conduct training needs assessments.
• Design and deliver leadership, management, and employee development programmes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and measure business impact.
• Provide HR consulting in organisational development, talent management, performance management, and change management.
• Manage client engagements, facilitate workshops, and advise senior stakeholders.
• Support proposal development, business growth, and consulting team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of specialised Learning and Development experience.
• Proven L&D consulting experience with large corporate or multinational organisations.
• Strong expertise in learning strategy, programme design, facilitation, and training evaluation.
• Experience in HR consulting and organisational development.
• Big Four or leading international consulting firm experience is highly desirable.
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
