What they need
Brief Description About Us At FreshDirect , we are reinventing the grocery experience.
Since day one, our mission has been simple: bring the best, freshest food directly from the farm to people’s homes — faster, fresher, and smarter than anyone else.
We’re not just a food company. We’re a technology-powered, customer-obsessed team building one of the most innovative end-to-end food supply chains in the industry. From proprietary routing systems to our state-of-the-art fulfillment center, every part of our business is designed to deliver unmatched quality, convenience, and care.
We partner directly with farmers, fishermen, and artisans to source the highest quality ingredients — then use smart data, automation, and logistics to deliver them at peak freshness.
It’s grocery shopping reimagined — and we’re just getting started.
If you’re passionate about innovation, care deeply about what people eat, and want to help build the future of food, we’d love to meet you.

- Manage Training Administration: Maintain accurate employee training records, attendance, completion data, and required documentation to support compliance and reporting.
- Support Training Compliance: Track training completion and follow up with employees and managers to ensure required courses, certifications, and training programs are completed within established timelines.
- Develop Training Materials: Create, update, and maintain training presentations, guides, SOPs, and other learning resources to ensure materials are accurate, accessible, and aligned with business requirements.
- Support New Hire Readiness: Help ensure new employees receive the appropriate training and resources to be prepared for their roles from Day 1.
- Coordinate Learning Logistics: Schedule training sessions, manage calendars, prepare materials, coordinate training spaces, and support facilitators and participants.
- Maintain Training Processes: Document and improve training procedures, ensuring consistent practices across Plant and Corporate and effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Support Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Compile training data, prepare reports, monitor completion rates, and identify opportunities to improve training coordination and effectiveness.
- Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Serve as a key point of contact for training-related questions and requests from employees, managers, internal teams, and external training providers.
- Explore Development Opportunities: Support research into external training resources, workforce development programs, and available local or state training initiatives and incentives.
What You’ll Bring

- 2+ years of experience in training coordination, L&D administration, HR coordination, program administration, or a similar role.

- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a willingness to learn, take ownership, and identify process improvements.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of service.
