Learning & Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement learning and development programs for the organization.
• Identify training needs and develop training plans and materials.
• Schedule and facilitate training sessions, In-house , on job and online.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and external partners to provide training opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of employee training and development.
• Develop and maintain a library of training resources and materials.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Provide support to the management team in the design and delivery of leadership development programs.
• Work with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with training sessions.

Requirements

• BBA / MBA (HR).
• 2-3 years’ experience in same domain.
• Strong MS Excel and email.
