What they need

The Leadership Development Program Coordinator supports the administration, logistics, and delivery of leadership development programs, ranging from open-enrollment offerings to executive-level leadership academies. This role partners with facilitators, HR, Talent Operations, and program participants to coordinate applications, schedules, communications, materials, and session delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leadership Academy Administration: Coordinate academy application processes, including publishing application materials, answering applicant questions, tracking submissions and timelines, and communicating application status and selection decisions to HR, managers, and associates.
  • Program Coordination: Maintain program schedules, trackers, deadlines, and deliverables. Coordinate across facilitators and internal partners, follow up on outstanding items, and flag scheduling conflicts or delivery risks.
  • Virtual Session Production: Produce sessions primarily in Microsoft Teams and occasionally Zoom. Manage session logistics, share slides, track attendance, monitor chat and Q&A, and provide technical and facilitator support.
  • In-Person Delivery Support: Coordinate materials and logistics for occasional in-person programs, including executive-level leadership sessions, and provide on-site support as needed.
  • Presentation and Materials Development: Build, format, and refine PowerPoint presentations, participant resources, facilitator materials, and other program documents. Maintain accuracy, consistency, and version control.
  • Scheduling and Learning Operations: Partner with internal scheduling resources and Talent Operations to coordinate calendar invitations, registration, and learning management system activities. Provide limited Cornerstone administrative support as needed.
  • Program Communications: Draft and distribute application announcements, invitations, reminders, selection notifications, participant instructions, and follow-up messages.
  • Post-Session Follow-Up and Reporting: Track attendance and completions, distribute surveys, compile participant feedback, and prepare program summaries to support ongoing improvements.
  • Learning Content Support: Help organize and curate learning resources using Degreed, Udemy, and other vendor-provided content.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating training, learning and development, leadership development, or similar participant-facing programs.
  • Strong program coordination, organization, time management, and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and competing deadlines.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, including the ability to create, format, and polish presentations for leadership audiences.
  • Experience supporting virtual training sessions or webinars, preferably using Microsoft Teams; familiarity with Zoom is helpful.

Education and Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, learning and development, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience supporting leadership academies or executive-level learning programs preferred.
  • Experience developing training content or facilitator and participant materials is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Degreed, Cornerstone, Udemy, or similar learning platforms is helpful.
  • Experience compiling survey results, tracking program participation, or preparing program reports is a plus.
  • Practical experience managing learning program operations is valued; PMP certification is not required.
