Learning And Development Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain learning content for technical, quality, safety, compliance, behavioral, and leadership training.
• Convert classroom content into digital learning formats, including e-learning modules, micro learning videos, assessments, presentations, and job aids.
• Manage training calendars, deployment schedules, and learner participation for mandatory and developmental programs.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs/Department Heads for content creation and training delivery.
• Support on boarding, skill development, and capability-building initiatives for employees across levels.
• Design and administer assessments, certifications, and training evaluations.
• Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and on-the-job evaluations.
• Conduct skill-gap analysis and recommend development interventions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, ISO, GMP, and other mandatory training requirements.
