Learning & Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Conduct learning needs analysis and implementing training programs.
• Partner with training providers and stakeholders to deliver impactful learning solutions.
• Monitor training budgets, maintain training records and analyse learning outcomes.
• Develop and enhance learning frameworks, competency-building initiatives and learning methodologies aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate employee wellness and engagement initiatives.
• Organise company-wide events.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Experience in learning and development, training administration, talent development or related HR functions.
• Experience in project management, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Possess good communication and coordination skills
