Job highlights

• Any graduation + . MBA (MBA in HR preferred)

• Contribute to the new training framework which will be aligned to the competency framework . Must be self-driven,with the ability to upgrade L&D knowledge,work and deliver under pressure . Should have good internet connection at home and own laptop / PC

Experience: 1-2 years

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)

• Good L&D background

• Good Technical background

• Must be self-driven, with the ability to upgrade Learning & Development (L&D) knowledge, work and deliver under pressure

• Ability to research on various L&D trends ,cutting edge developments & future of L&D and how to apply in KPIT context.
