Learning & Development Executive (HR Programmes) - 1 Year Contract/S$5500 - LXY

Key Responsibilities

Learning Programme Design & Delivery

• Conceptualise and deliver online, blended, and classroom-based learning interventions in HR-related topics
• Identify learning needs and support curriculum design, training material development, and learning evaluation
• Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and case study discussions where required

Stakeholder Partnership & Customisation

• Partner with agencies and stakeholders to develop and customise learning interventions that support their people and development goals
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure programme relevance, quality, and practical application

Research & Content Development

• Conduct research on emerging HR trends and topics

• Translate research insights into practical learning products such as:

  • articles
  • infographics
  • videos
  • toolkits
  • case studies
  • role plays

Events & Community Learning Platforms

• Design and organise seminars, webinars, communities of practice, exhibitions, and other learning events on trending HR topics
• Support event planning, communications, and end-to-end programme coordination

Consultancy & Transformation Support

• Contribute to consultancy and capability-building projects that support organisational transformation and people development journeys

Requirements

• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in designing and/or delivering learning interventions or programmes

• Experience in one or more delivery formats such as:

  • face-to-face learning
  • virtual learning
  • blended learning

• Good understanding of:

  • learning needs analysis
  • programme management
  • learning evaluation

• Strong organisational, analytical, communication, and project management skills

• Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

• Passion for people development, HR capability building, and continuous improvement

• Experience in HR, L&D, adult learning, facilitation, instructional design, programme management, or consulting will be advantageous
