Job Description

• Support the identification of organisational and employee learning needs, and assist in developing relevant training programmes and learning solutions.
• Develop and maintain training materials, e-learning content and other learning resources, as well as support the facilitation of training sessions and workshops.
• Coordinate end-to-end learning activities, including course registration, participant enrolment, training logistics, scheduling and communication with employees and external training providers.
• Support onboarding and induction programmes, employee engagement initiatives and other learning and development activities.
• Maintain accurate training records and update the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring proper documentation and administration of learning programmes.
• Assist in coordinating performance management activities, including documentation, tracking and follow-up of performance management processes.

Requirement

• Min 2-3years of relevant experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field

• Candidate with experience in Payroll is a must
