Learning & Development Executive, Human Resources

About the role
We are seeking a talented Learning & Development Executive, Human Resources to join our team at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in our KL Eco City Kuala Lumpur office. This full-time role will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programmes to support the professional development of our employees.

Job Descriptions:

• Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with departmental managers.
• Design and deliver learning solutions including onboarding, soft skills, technical training, and compliance programs.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, seminars, and e-learning platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and KPI tracking.
• Develop training calendars and maintain updated training records.
• Support the execution of talent development programs (e.g., leadership pipeline, upskilling programs).
• Manage relationships with external vendors, trainers, and certification bodies.
• Prepare training-related reports and support audit or ISO documentation where applicable.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology, Business Admin or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in training coordination or learning & development.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience in HRD may be considered.
• Good project coordination and event planning skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail (especially for tracking training ROI/KPIs).
• Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
• Empathy and ability to engage with staff across levels.
• Proactive and creative problem-solver.
• Collaborative, yet able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Passionate about people development and continuous learning.
• Willing to travel occasionally for training at branches or hubs.
• Familiar with HRD Corp (formerly HRDF) claims processes and Malaysian training grants (preferred).
