This role is ideal for an L&D professional who enjoys working closely with the business — understanding capability needs, translating them into practical learning solutions, and seeing programmes through from planning to delivery. Responsibilities Translate business needs into learning priorities — Partner with business stakeholders to understand current and future capability requirements, identify learning gaps, and translate findings into practical development roadmaps and training plans. Own the learning journey from planning to delivery — Coordinate learning initiatives through the full lifecycle, from assessing needs and defining solutions to programme roll-out, implementation and post-programme review. Shape and curate learning solutions — Evaluate existing learning options, curate relevant programmes and work with external training providers to identify solutions that are fit for purpose. You will also oversee vendor engagement and programme effectiveness. Partner with senior stakeholders — Work closely with business and senior leadership teams to understand their priorities, recommend appropriate learning interventions, and drive smooth adoption across the organisation. Turn capability gaps into action — Work with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure learning interventions address real business and capability needs, rather than simply delivering training for training's sake. Requirements Degree in HR, Learning & Development or a related discipline 3–5 years of relevant L&D experience, preferably gained within a corporate, technology or complex organisational environment. Strong hands-on experience in Learning Needs Analysis (LNA), including identifying capability gaps, developing learning priorities or roadmaps, recommending solutions and taking them through implementation. Proven experience managing learning programmes end-to-end, including programme evaluation, learning solution curation and training vendor selection / management. Comfortable partnering with senior business stakeholders, gathering requirements, influencing decisions and coordinating learning initiatives across different teams. Experience with competency frameworks is highly advantageous. Strong project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple learning initiatives in a fast-paced environment. If you are an L&D professional who enjoys connecting business needs with meaningful capability development, we would love to hear from you.
