Learning & Development Executive (Training Provider)

MMT Universal Academy is looking for a creative, energetic and resourceful Learning & Development Executive to join our fast-paced corporate training team.

You will be involved in developing training proposals, designing learning content, coordinating multiple training programmes and supporting programme delivery for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare training proposals, programme outlines and client presentations.
• Research, design and develop training content, slides, activities and learning materials.
• Apply instructional design principles to create engaging learning experiences.
• Coordinate multiple corporate training programmes, trainers, clients and logistics.
• Manage HRD Corp documentation, eTRiS submissions and training administration.
• Support on-site and virtual training programmes, including facilitation and participant engagement.
• Assist with client communication, programme briefings and presentations.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume training environment.
• Travel for training programmes and client engagements when required.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, Communication or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Canva and AI tools is an advantage.
• Confident in public speaking, presenting and engaging with people.
• Creative, organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Proactive, resourceful and willing to learn.
• Willing to travel and support programmes outside normal office hours when required.
• Experience with training providers, HRD Corp or eTRiS is an added advantage.
