Learning & Development Instructor

Job Purpose Training instructor is responsible for the design, development, and hands-on delivery of highly specialized technical training programs. Tracks and reports on compliance with both internal standards and mandatory industry regulations. Utilizes a blended learning approach, combining classroom instruction, practical simulator drills, and on-the-job coaching to ensure critical knowledge transfer and verifiable competency assurance across all drilling personnel.

Desired Candidate Profile

University Degree in a relevant technical field of studies. Min 3-5 Years of experience as an instructor for approx. 3-5 years. HSE Background
