Learning and Development Intern

As a Learning & Development Intern, you will support the Experience team in ensuring effective training operations and learning initiatives across Digimap and Digiplus stores. This role will provide hands-on exposure to training administration, learning content preparation, LMS management, training evaluation, and data analysis to support continuous improvement in store performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support training administration and logistics, including training schedules, materials, venue arrangements, and other preparation needs for trainers.
• Assist in preparing and updating training materials, presentations, and learning content for store teams.
• Support LMS management and learning administration through Digicares.
• Monitor and organize training-related data using tools such as Store Force and Microsoft Excel.
• Support training evaluation by reviewing pre- and post-training results and analyzing improvements in employee performance.
• Assist in analyzing store performance and sales data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement following training initiatives.
• Support store readiness and customer experience initiatives across Digimap and Digiplus stores, including occasional store visits.
• Assist in coordinating mystery shopper activities and consolidating findings to support service and customer experience improvement.
• Take initiative in identifying ways to improve training processes, learning activities, and overall team effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Final-year student with no class schedule from Psychology, Education, Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong interest in learning & development, training, customer experience, and retail operations.
• Comfortable working with basic data analysis, particularly using Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with PowerPoint/Keynote and comfortable preparing presentations and learning materials.
• Proactive, agile, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong initiative and curiosity, with the ability to identify issues and suggest practical improvements.
• Willing to occasionally visit Digimap and Digiplus stores as part of the role.
• Available for a 6-month internship.
