Learning & Development Intern

About the role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Learning & Development (L&D) Intern to provide administrative and coordination support to L&D.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating training slides, materials and assessments.
• Support the development of training content on customer service, communication, company culture, leadership and workplace skills and other internal subjects.
• Support onboarding programmes and internal learning activities.
• Organise training files, SOPs, playbooks and digital learning resources.
• Help compile training feedback, reports and basic data.
• Provide general administrative support for L&D projects and events.
• Take on other learning and development projects as and when required.

About you

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology or a related field.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Willing to learn, open to feedback and able to work well with different teams.
• Organised, responsible and attentive to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, AI tools or digital learning platforms is an advantage.
