Job Summary

The Learning Development Intern will provide operational and administrative support to the Quorum University team, ensuring the seamless delivery of product training programs and learning initiatives.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining training materials, coordinating sessions, supporting LMS administration, and ensuring a high-quality learner experience. Over time, there may be opportunities to contribute to instructional design projects based on performance and business needs.

This position reports directly to the Director of Learning Development.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in corporate learning operations, with potential exposure to instructional design and digital learning development.

What You Will Do

Training Operations Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including booking MS Teams meetings, organizing materials, and communicating with participants
• Prepare training materials, including agendas, facilitator guides, handouts, manuals, evaluation forms, and PowerPoint presentations
• Maintain and organize training resources to ensure content is current, accurate, and easily accessible
• Proofread all training materials for clarity, grammar, formatting, and adherence to style guidelines

Learning Technology LMS Support

• Assist in the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolling users, uploading content, and generating reports
• Conduct quality assurance testing of online learning courses to ensure technical functionality and content accuracy
• Support reporting and tracking of training participation and completion metrics

Continuous Improvement Innovation

• Collect and summarize feedback from training sessions to identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist in leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline content updates, documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiencies
• Support special learning initiatives and process improvement projects as assigned

And other duties as assigned.

What to Bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, English, Business, or a related field
• Strong writing, editing, and documentation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with screen capture tools (SnagIt, Snipping Tool) preferred
• Interest in corporate learning operations, learning technologies, and emerging AI tools is a plus

• Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in India is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
