Learning & Development Internship

Mô tả công việc:

• Support in organizing and coordinating training programs, including internal workshops, onboarding and training sessions.
• Support preparation of training materials, logistics, and class coordination.
• Support in developing learning materials such as training slides (PowerPoint), handouts and learning guides, internal learning communication content.
• Assist in structuring content to ensure clarity, engagement, and learner-friendly experience.
• Support designing simple learning activities to enhance engagement during training sessions.
• Design simple learning materials using PowerPoint, Canva or similar tools, including training slides, learning infographics/videos.
• Assist in tracking training participation and maintaining learning records.

Quyền lợi được hưởng:

• Allowance for students during the internship.
• Internship assessment will be given to interns after 3-4 months (if necessary).
• Receive guidance and learn much experience related to human resources.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Undergraduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communications or related fields.
• Good writing and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to design basic materials using PowerPoint, Canva, Capcut…
• Interest in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
