Learning & Development (L&D) Executive

Our client, a leading multi-sector conglomerate in energy, travel, and agro-allied industries, is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Executive to design and implement learning initiatives that drive employee growth, career development, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute L&D strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design and deliver training programs (classroom, virtual, e-learning).
• Manage onboarding, coaching, mentoring, and career development plans.
• Oversee LMS and digital learning platforms.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report ROI.
• Manage budgets and external training vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in L&D, Training, or Talent Development.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with LMS/e-learning tools.
• Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, CPTD) are an advantage.
