Learning & Development Lead - Back Academy Ltd

Role Overview

This role is ideal for an experienced learning & development professional with the desire to lead a thriving training function whilst maintaining regular training practice.

The Learning & Development Lead is responsible for the analysis, design, delivery, coordination and evaluation of high-quality training solutions that meet client, learner and regulatory requirements. The postholder works closely with the Backhouse Jones team and clients to:

• identify learning needs
• plan and schedule training interventions
• maintain compliance with DVSA training centre standards
• ensure accurate learner and financial records are maintained.

The postholder contributes to business growth through client relationship management, business development and identification of new training opportunities including passive income streams.

In addition, the L&D Lead supports colleagues by providing and/or sourcing training interventions to develop their skills and knowledge beyond legal practice.

• Based in Clitheroe, we provide training to clients across the UK - largely virtually while maintaining in-person delivery capability.
• Our USP is using specialist solicitors to co-facilitate every course.

Pay: £25,420.00-£63,020.00 per year
