Learning & Development Lead

Job Summary

This role independently builds the full talent development system covering recruitment onboarding, job competency training, leadership cultivation, performance-driven capability improvement and corporate culture activation. You will own the entire closed loop from scheme design, resource coordination, full-cycle implementation to effect assessment, drive employee capability growth and organizational efficiency upgrade, support rapid business expansion of payment product lines, and serve as the core COE member of the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and iterate the full L&D system: new hire orientation training system, professional skill training for front-end/backend/Risk/Compliance/Business teams, middle management leadership development program, annual training roadmap matching business targets.

2. End-to-end project delivery: independently complete training demand research, curriculum development, internal lecturer team building, offline & online training organization, post-training tracking and ROI data analysis.

3. Organize quarterly all-staff sharing sessions, CEO AMA activities, internal knowledge base construction, strengthen corporate culture transmission and employee engagement.

4. Build training assessment mechanism, link training results with performance review & promotion evaluation, output regular L&D analysis reports.

Requirements

1. 5–8 years complete talent development experience, with at least 3 years lead independent L&D work in Internet, Fintech, payment or financial industry; capable of working solo without subordinate support.

2. Mature experience in building new employee training, management trainee, manager leadership development systems, with quantifiable project achievements.

3. Excellent cross-department communication ability, able to accurately capture business team pain points and convert them into practical training solutions.

4. Fluent English written & verbal communication, familiar with overseas employee management logic preferred.

5. Strong project management, data analysis and autonomous driving ability, able to balance multiple training projects simultaneously.
