We are looking for Learning & Development Lead | SAP Training, , who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will: (responsibilities):

Lead the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Training & Development (T&D) strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic, operational, and transformation goals.

Develop and manage corporate training programs, including onboarding, leadership development, knowledge management, and technical training initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Design and implement learning journeys using modern methodologies such as blended learning, microlearning, experiential learning, and gamification to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.

Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by identifying development needs, assessing competency gaps, and proposing learning solutions aligned with business objectives.

Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives, including learner satisfaction, knowledge acquisition, practical application, and business impact.

Lead, coach, and develop teams of trainers, instructional designers, and external vendors, ensuring quality, consistency, and excellence in program delivery.

Drive the adoption of Learning & Development (L&D) technologies, including LMS platforms, e-learning solutions, digital collaboration tools, analytics, and immersive learning experiences using virtual and augmented reality.

Ensure continuous updates to training content, methodologies, and processes by incorporating industry best practices and emerging corporate learning trends.

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced English

Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams.

Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.

Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.

Planning, organization, and management of large-scale training programs.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate training metrics, KPIs, and return on investment (ROI).

Ability to lead organizational change and cultural transformation initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

Ability to prepare clear and engaging presentations for diverse audiences.

Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and corporate communication platforms.
