Learning & Development Manager

The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and organizational effectiveness. This role focuses on identifying development needs, creating learning strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Responsibilities Develop and execute the company s learning and development strategy aligned with business goals Conduct training needs analysis across departments Design annual training plans and budgets Create engaging training programs (technical, soft skills, leadership) Deliver workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives Evaluate and update training materials regularly Build leadership and succession planning programs Coach managers and high-potential employees Performance & Effectiveness Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback Track employee progress and learning outcomes Improve programs based on data and insights Introduce digital learning tools and platforms Partner with HR and department heads to align training with business needs Work with external vendors and training provider

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master s preferred)
• 5 8 years Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master s preferred)
• 5 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Training
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Training & facilitation skills
