Learning and Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to lead the Teaching & Learning function at Siloam Training Center (STC) . This role is responsible for developing and executing learning strategies, overseeing curriculum development, instructional design, and learning management, while ensuring learning programs effectively support Siloam's organizational and capability needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Teaching & Learning strategy.
• Lead curriculum development and instructional design.
• Oversee learning program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Develop innovative and blended learning solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs and develop relevant learning solutions.
• Establish learning standards, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Monitor learning effectiveness through data, metrics, and evaluation.
• Lead and develop the Teaching & Learning team.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in learning programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, HR, OD, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant L&D/Teaching & Learning experience.
• Proven leadership experience in managing an L&D or learning function.
• Strong expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and learning evaluation .
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Healthcare/hospital industry experience is a plus.
