Learning and Development Manager

To design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development programs that enhance employee capabilities, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and support organizational objectives. This role serves as a strategic partner in building workforce competencies across all divisions while driving employee engagement initiatives and organizational development projects to support KB J Capital's growth and transformation goals.

Job Responsibility

Learning & Development Strategy

·        Develop and execute annual Training Needs Assessment (TNA) aligned with business objectives and competency gaps

·        Design and implement competency-based training programs covering core competencies (Customer Orientation, Adaptability, Self-Management, Creative Thinking, Collaboration) and leadership competencies (Influence, Developing People)

·        Develop and maintain Competency Mapping framework including Core Competencies and Functional Competencies aligned with organizational requirements

·        Manage mandatory compliance training programs (AML, BOT regulations, PDPA, Code of Ethics) and monitor completion rates

·        Submit training records and reports to the Department of Skill Development in compliance with regulatory requirements and targets

·        Develop and maintain Individual Development Plan (IDP) framework integrated with Performance Management System

Employee Engagement & Experience

·        Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events aligned with organizational culture (including cultural celebrations, team activities, staff parties)

·        Drive and reinforce company culture through strategic initiatives, communications, and leadership engagement programs

·        Lead culture enhancement projects to strengthen organizational values and employee alignment with company mission

·        Design and manage employee recognition programs including Core Value Champion initiatives and Viva Engage campaigns

·        Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyse results, and develop action plans for improvement

·        Manage onboarding programs and buddy system to ensure effective new employee integration

Internal Communications & Organizational Development

·        Create and distribute internal communications for HR policies, training announcements, and organizational updates

·        Lead organizational development projects including competency framework enhancement and culture transformation initiatives

·        Collaborate with division heads and team managers to align L&D initiatives with departmental need

·       Maintain HR activity calendar and coordinate cross-functional employee experience initiatives.

Job Qualification

Education

·        Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

·        Master's degree in related field is preferred

Experience

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources

·        Experience in financial services industry is highly preferred

·        Proven track record in designing and implementing competency frameworks and training programs

·        Experience managing employee engagement initiatives and organizational development projects

Skills & Knowledge

·        Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (written and verbal)

·        Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage)

·        Strong project management and organizational skills

·        Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning development

·        Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in financial services sector

·        Familiarity with AI-powered learning technologies is a plus
