About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead the organization's learning and capability development initiatives. This role is responsible for developing L&D strategies, policies, and programs that address organizational capability needs and support business objectives.

The position owns the end-to-end L&D process, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), learning program development and implementation, LMS management, training effectiveness, and continuous improvement. The role also serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and stakeholders in identifying and addressing capability requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Learning & Development strategies, policies, guidelines, and processes aligned with business objectives
• Lead the end-to-end L&D process, from Training Needs Analysis and program design through implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement
• Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) activities across functions to identify organizational, departmental, and individual capability gaps
• Translate identified capability gaps into appropriate learning programs and development interventions
• Design, coordinate, and facilitate leadership, technical, functional, and behavioral learning programs
• Manage and continuously improve the Learning Management System (LMS), including learning content, tracking, reporting, and utilization
• Establish training standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of learning programs
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessment results, learning data, and business outcomes
• Manage the L&D budget and coordinate with external training providers, consultants, and partners
• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify learning priorities and provide appropriate development solutions
• Drive the adoption of digital, blended, and other innovative learning approaches
• Maintain accurate learning records, reports, and documentation
• Prepare regular L&D reports, insights, and recommendations for management
• Ensure compliance with established training policies, guidelines, and applicable requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related functions
• Proven experience managing end-to-end L&D programs and Training Needs Analysis
• Experience in developing and implementing training policies, frameworks, and processes
• Experience in LMS administration and learning analytics is preferred
• L&D, HR or other relevant certification is an advantage
