Learning and Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective learning strategies to drive business growth and improve employee performance.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance skills in areas such as leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop targeted development initiatives to address them.
• Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 9-17 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs that drive business results.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and organizational development best practices.
