Job Description

Lead the development and implementation of learning and development programs that strengthen employee capabilities, leadership skills, and overall organizational performance. Partner with business leaders to identify training needs and develop effective talent-development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct training-needs assessments across departments.
• Design and coordinate employee training programs.
• Manage leadership and talent-development initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external training providers.
• Manage L&D budgets, schedules, and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in learning and development or HR.
• Strong training, facilitation, and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Pay: BD2,000.000 - BD2,800.000 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Seef
