About the Role

We are inviting expressions of interest for a Manager-level position within the people development space. This is a hands-on role that combines programme design, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of learning and talent initiatives. You will play a key part in shaping how the organisation develops its people and builds a sustainable pipeline of future talent.

What You Will Do

• Create and execute talent development plans that address organisational needs and build a strong internal talent pipeline.
• Lead structured talent programmes from end to end, covering programme design, rotation arrangements, curriculum development, and coordination with key stakeholders.
• Develop and facilitate training sessions for employees to enhance skills and meet business-driven learning needs.
• Collaborate with internal parties and manage external partners to ensure programme and project objectives are met.
• Assess the impact of talent and training initiatives through feedback and data analysis, and propose improvements as needed.
• Regularly review existing processes and introduce innovative practices to enhance efficiency, learning outcomes, and overall programme effectiveness.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in talent development and/or learning and development.
• A proactive, passionate, and customer-focused individual with a mature working attitude.
• Strong organisational skills, with solid problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage people effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems, and training-related tools.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
