Learning & Development Manager

Role Description The Learning & Development Manager at نادي سفراء الجودة بالمنطقة الشرقية will design, implement, and evaluate learning programs that support organizational and member development. This part-time, remote role involves conducting training needs assessments, planning training calendars, and coordinating virtual workshops and courses. The manager will create and update instructional materials, manage learning initiatives through digital platforms, and monitor participation and performance metrics. The role includes collaborating with internal stakeholders and subject-matter experts to ensure content quality and alignment with organizational goals. The manager will continuously improve learning offerings based on feedback and best practices in adult learning and professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong capabilities in Training & Development and Learning Management to plan, organize, and oversee learning initiatives.
• Experience in Training and Instructional Design to create engaging, outcome-focused programs and materials.
• Background in Leadership Development to design and support programs that build leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency with online learning platforms, virtual facilitation tools, and basic data analysis for tracking training impact.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in diverse, remote environments.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects part time, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant certifications in training, instructional design, or learning & development are an advantage.
