Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities :

• ⁠Training & Program Design : Create, deliver, and manage comprehensive in-house training, onboarding, technical, and leadership programs.
• ⁠Talent Assessments & Gap Analysis : Evaluate employee performance metrics, run talent reviews (such as 9-box grids), and pinpoint organizational skill gaps.
• ⁠Career Pathing & Succession Planning : Build Individual development plans (IDP) for core staff and establish leadership pipelines.
• ⁠Vendor & LMS Management : Oversee Learning Management Systems (LMS) and coordinate contracts with external training or coaching vendors.
• ⁠Effectiveness & Reporting : Track training completion rates, employee satisfaction, and return on investment (ROI) via HR data analytics.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related role.
• Experience in designing and coordinating training programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, reporting and facilitation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple training activities simultaneously.
• Experience in the beauty, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or service industry is a plus.
• Willing to Work From Office at ZAP Head Office.
