Learning and Development Manager

Eye-Q Eye Hospitals is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The Learning and Development Manager will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, design effective training solutions, and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the training and development needs of employees and the organization.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs and workshops tailored to employee needs and organizational goals.
• Utilize various instructional methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and provide solutions to meet organizational objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee participation.
• Research and recommend external training resources and best practices in learning and development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Skills and Tools Required:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs in a healthcare or corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools.
• Ability to conduct assessments and analyze data to measure training effectiveness.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employee development strategies.
• Familiarity with performance management systems and competency frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
