Learning and Development Manager - ( F&B background)

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs specifically tailored for culinary and service staff, focusing on skill enhancement and operational excellence.
• Design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences for new hires in the F&B sector, ensuring rapid integration and understanding of brand standards.
• Create and manage performance management frameworks that identify training needs and career development pathways for F&B team members.
• Source and evaluate external training providers and resources for specialized F&B skills, such as advanced culinary techniques or sommelier certifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with a significant portion within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering training for diverse F&B roles, from kitchen staff to front-of-house management.
• Certification in training methodologies (e.g., CPTD, CIPD) or a related field is highly advantageous.
