Learning & Development Manager (F&B)

• Develop and execute Learning & Development strategies aligned with business and operational objectives.
• Design and implement training programs covering onboarding, service excellence, product knowledge, food safety, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Partner closely with Operations Leaders, Area Managers, and Restaurant Managers to identify capability gaps and deliver effective learning solutions.
• Drive leadership development programs for frontline leaders and management talent pipelines.
• Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning initiatives, and blended learning solutions.
• Measure training effectiveness through learning analytics, operational KPIs, and business performance indicators.
• Lead and develop the Learning & Development team while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Manage training budgets and ensure cost-effective learning investments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of Learning & Development experience, with significant exposure to the F&B, hospitality, restaurant chain, or retail industry.
• Proven experience leading leadership development, operational training, and capability-building programs.
• Strong understanding of frontline operations, customer service excellence, and people development.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
