Learning & Development Manager – Functional Capabilities

Purpose of the role

Drive the scope and design of Global Learning Solutions for Functional Capabilities and the Operating Model, partnering with functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into capability building.

Key tasks & accountabilities

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end learning process.
• Conduct business and learning needs analyses, aligning with strategy and stakeholders.
• Oversee learning design and resource allocation.
• Manage content curation and development.
• Oversee learning delivery, communications, and change management.
• Propose and oversee roadmap enhancements and new learning solutions, defining their scope.
• Drive the functional operating model, ensuring governance routines with functional stakeholders and SMEs.
