Learning and Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training and development programs aligned with business needs.
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify employee development gaps.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal training programs, workshops, and learning activities.
• Develop training materials, modules, and other learning resources.
• Assist in developing career development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on learning and development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, organizational development, or a similar HR role.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of working with employees at different levels of the organization.
