Learning & Development Officer

About the Role This role focuses on driving Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives and managing e-Learning operations within a healthcare context. The position involves assessing training needs, designing engaging multimedia content (both online and offline), and utilizing graphic design software to produce modern learning materials. You will be responsible for structuring competency-based learning paths on the LMS, sourcing top-tier online courses, and analyzing learning performance reports for leadership. Additionally, the role leads engagement campaigns to promote continuous learning across hospital departments, manages vendor relations, and provides mentorship and guidance on instructional media development to foster a strong learning culture.

Key responsibilities

• Gather training requirements, design, and create learning materials (both Online and Offline) aligned with departmental needs and current trends.
• Produce and edit various forms of learning media, while coordinating with external suppliers to adopt new technologies for learning enhancement.
• Structure and manage learning paths on the LMS system in alignment with employee competencies across all levels.
• Source and curate online courses from leading institutes to enrich the LMS platform.
• Plan, design, and communicate engaging learning activities via LMS across organizational channels.
• Administer LMS operations, troubleshoot complex issues, assist users, and prepare learning analytics reports for management.
• Coach and guide team members and internal departments on instructional design and media development.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resource, Business Development or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-Learning system administration and learning media development.
• 3–5 years of experience in designing and developing various types of learning content.
• Proficient in producing digital learning materials and managing LMS platforms.
• Strong skill set in multimedia and graphic design software for e-learning content creation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and creative thinking skills.
