ประสานงานและจัดฝึกอบรมพนักงานตามแผน Training ประจำปี
จัดทำ Training Needs Analysis (TNA) และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาพนักงาน
ดูแล New Employee Orientation, OJT และหลักสูตร Service Excellence
จัดเตรียมเอกสาร สื่อการอบรม และประสานงานวิทยากร
ติดตาม Attendance, Training Records และประเมินผลหลังการอบรม
จัดทำรายงานและสรุปผลการฝึกอบรม
สนับสนุนกิจกรรมด้าน Employee Development และ HR ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
🎯 คุณสมบัติ
ปริญญาตรี สาขา HR, HRD, การศึกษา, จิตวิทยา, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Training / L&D / HR 1–2 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ ที่สนใจสายงาน Training & Development
มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการประสานงานที่ดี
สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel & PowerPoint ได้ดี
หากมีประสบการณ์ธุรกิจโรงแรม รีสอร์ท หรือ Hospitality จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
