Learning & Development Officer (HR Training)

Location: Quezon City
Salary: ₱30,000–₱35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Learning & Development Officer to plan, coordinate, and implement employee training and development programs. The role will focus on identifying training needs, facilitating learning activities, supporting employee onboarding, and evaluating training effectiveness to enhance employee performance and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify employee development requirements.
• Design and implement training programs, learning materials, and development initiatives.
• Facilitate employee training sessions, workshops, and onboarding orientations.
• Coordinate training schedules, participants, facilitators, and other logistical requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare training reports and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate training records and monitor employee development progress.
• Collaborate with department heads to address training and competency gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Training, Learning & Development, or related HR functions.
• Hands-on experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training design, facilitation, onboarding, and training evaluation.
• Strong presentation, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Canva, or similar presentation and training tools.
• Experience in real estate, property management, construction, or project-based organizations is an advantage.

Compensation

• Monthly Salary: ₱30,000–₱35,000

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php37,000.00 per month
