Learning And Development Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the offshore Enablement team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Oversee learning operations, administration, governance, reporting, and enablement activities supporting UK Learning.
• Manage workload allocation, capacity planning, and resource utilization across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure delivery against agreed service levels, quality standards, and timelines.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational and service-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Partner with global stakeholders to understand business requirements and drive successful outcomes.
• Support governance, compliance, process improvements, reporting, and data management activities.

Must Have Skills

• Strong Learning Operations / Learning & Development Operations experience.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
• Experience working in an offshore or global delivery model.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across global teams.
• Experience in service delivery and operational management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in workload management, resource planning, and capacity management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in HR Operations, Learning & Development, Shared Services, GCC, or Professional Services environments.
• Exposure to governance, audit, compliance, and reporting frameworks.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and reporting tools.
• Exposure to Process Improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
